Morri Sims

”Morri” (aka Susan Morrison Sims).

Morri works in mixed media and collage but is primarily a painter. She has been described as a post impressionist–expressionist due to the vibrant colors, expressive brushstrokes, texture, and symbolism within her work.

Morri lives and maintains a studio/gallery on a secluded river island and shares her world with her husband, John, and their rescue pups, Cassie (Blue Heeler) and Casper (Anatolian Shepherd). Drayton Island is located in the St John’s River (Florida, US) and is only accessible by boat or a small ferry.

Morri’s work is in public, corporate, and private collections in the US and abroad, and she has participated in group and solo exhibitions in the US and abroad.
